Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
1.1. Request Process: Participants requesting cancellation must provide valid reasons for their withdrawal. All cancellation requests are subject to approval by the organizing team on a case-by-case basis.
1.2. Deadline: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event start date. Requests made after this deadline will strictly not be accepted.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Eligibility: Refunds are only allowed if the participant requests it within 15 days of making the payment, provided the cancellation request is also approved as per Section 1.
2.2. Deductions: A service charge of 3% will be deducted from the total paid amount for all processed refunds.
2.3. Late Cancellations: No refunds will be processed for cancellation requests made after the 30-day prior deadline mentioned in Section 1.2.
2.4. Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days to the original payment method.
